(1) | On May 21, 2008, Alliance 2000, Ltd. ("Alliance") took action to cancel the remaining term and any future sales under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by Alliance on December 14, 2007. Alliance is a Texas limited partnership beneficially owned and controlled by the Reporting Person. The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to the Alliance trading plan prior to its termination. |
