On August 5, 2015, the Company issued a press release entitled “New Jersey Mining Reports Second Quarter Operational Results from the Golden Chest Mine and the New Jersey Mill.”  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
