ITEM 9. Tenet Amends Revolving Credit Agreement.
On October 27, 2003, Tenet Healthcare Corporation issued a press release announcing that it had reached an agreement with sufficient participants in its bank group to amend certain terms of its revolving credit facility. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
