ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On March 28, 2005, Tenet Healthcare Corporation issued a press release announcing that J. McDonald Williams, former chairman and chief executive officer of Trammell Crow Company, and Karen M. Garrison, who recently retired as president of Pitney Bowes Management Services, have been named to Tenet’s board of directors effective March 23, 2005. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
