Item 5.02  Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

Effective March 30, 2005, Scott D. Jackson will hold the titles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Affordable Residential Communities Inc. (“ARC”).  Previously, Mr. Jackson held the titles of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Operating Officer of ARC. Also effective March 30, 2005, John G. Sprengle will hold the title of Vice Chairman of ARC.  Previously, Mr. Sprengle was Vice-Chairman, Co-Chief Operating Officer and President of ARC.
