Item 2.02       Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On May 7, 2009, Intrepid Potash, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2009.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

 

On May 8, 2009, Intrepid Potash, Inc. will hold a conference call to discuss its earnings for the three months ended March 31, 2009.
