Item 2.02 — Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On September 9, 2013, Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted a conference call to discuss financial information related to the Company’s second fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2013. A copy of the conference call transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. On September 10, 2013, the Company filed a Form 8-K that attached the press release containing financial information about the Company’s second fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2013. The information hereunder shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
