Resignation of Kenneth Lap Yin Chan
On September 22, 2013, Messrs Kenneth Lap Yin Chan resigned as the Chief Operational Officer of USmart Mobile Device Inc. (the “Company”) due to his health reason. Messrs Chan confirmed that his resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
The board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company has already begun the process of identifying a qualified officer candidate to fill Messrs Chan’s seat on which he served.
