Item 8.01

Other Events.

 

On November 27, 2017, The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had entered into a license agreement with Grupo Restaurantero Dinar, S.A. De C.V. (“Grupo”) to allow Grupo to open four STK restaurants in Mexico. The restaurants are expected to open in Mexico City, Monterrey, Los Cabos and Guadalajara.
