(b) Resignation of Officer

On May 29, 2007, William A. Roper, Jr. announced his resignation as Executive Vice President of SAIC, Inc. in order to accept the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Verisign, Inc., a NASDAQ listed digital infrastructure services company.
