The registrant is unable to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 30, 2008 by the prescribed due date as a result of demands on management time and resources associated with the relocation of the company’s home offices in conjunction with the simultaneous opening of an additional restaurant that has delayed the finalization of the report and electronic conversion for purposes of filing via EDGAR.
