On October 24, 2014, SunCoke Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of 2014. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

As noted above, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of 2014 on October 24, 2014. Additional information concerning the Company’s financial results for the third quarter of 2014 will be presented in a slide presentation to investors during a previously announced teleconference on October 24, 2014. A copy of the slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
