Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
CVB Financial Corp. President and Chief Executive Officer, Christopher D. Myers, will be presenting and hosting one-on-one meetings with investors at the D.A. Davidson 17th Annual Financial Institutions Conference on May 11 and May 12, 2015. The conference will take place at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Denver, Colorado from May 11 to May 13, 2015. The May 2015 slide presentation utilized in the presentations to investors, updated to reflect first quarter 2015 financial information, is included as Exhibit 99.1 of this report. Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 8, 2015, CVB Financial Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to its President and Chief Executive Officer, Christopher D. Myers’ presentation of the slides in Exhibit 99.1 of this report during presentations at the D.A. Davidson 17th Annual Financial Institutions Conference to be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Denver, Colorado from May 11 to May 13, 2015. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is being furnished pursuant to this Item 8.01.
