Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On November 20, 2015, Cott Corporation (the “Company”) entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Supply Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. (“Crown”), dated December 21, 2010 (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which Crown supplies aluminum cans and ends to the Company. Under the terms of the Amendment, the parties agreed to extend the term, revise certain provisions related to production planning and adjust certain terms related to pricing and payment. All other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
