On May 10, 2016, Farmers National Banc Corp. (the “Company”) first utilized an investor presentation reflecting the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. The Company is making the presentation available to shareholders by furnishing the presentation as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
