(b) Director Departure: On July 17, 2016, Gary W. Loveman provided notice of his decision to retire from the Board of Directors of FedEx Corporation, effective immediately before the next annual meeting of FedExs stockholders on September 26, 2016, and not stand for reelection. Mr. Loveman has served with distinction on the FedEx Board since 2007.
