Item 7.01
Regulation FD Disclosure.
 
On September 8, 2015, Air Industries Group (“the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had completed the acquisition of Compac Development Corporation (“Compaq”). Compaq, located in Bay Shore, New York, specializes in the manufacture of RFI/EMI (Radio Frequency Interference – Electro-Magnetic Interference) shielded enclosures for electronic components. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
