(b) | Kelly B. Brewer, the current Chief Accounting Officer and a Group Vice President of ProAssurance Corporation will become Senior Vice President - Operations, Information and Data Management of the Healthcare Professional Liability Group within ProAssurance. The date of her transition is to be determined. |
(c) | Upon the date of Ms. Brewer’s transition to her new role, our current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Edward L. Rand, Jr., will assume additional duties as Chief Accounting Officer. |
