Fatality at the Saaiplaas 3 demolition site
Johannesburg, Wednesday, 6 February 2013. Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited
(Harmony) regrets to advise that following an accident at the Saaiplaas 3 demolition site,
a contract worker was fatally injured this morning.
Investigations are currently underway to establish the cause of the accident.
Harmony’s Chief Executive Officer, Graham Briggs and his management team, express
their sincere condolences to the families and colleagues of the deceased.
