Increase of GOLs Corporate Capital
São Paulo, December 21, 2005 GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. informs that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on December 20, 2005, approved the increase of the Companys corporate capital by R$1,738,880.00.
Therefore, GOLs corporate capital became R$992,943,035.28, represented by 86,524,136 preferred shares and 109,448,497 common shares, totaling 195,972,633 shares issued by the Company.
