Braskem S.A. (“Braskem”) announces to its shareholders and the general market that, due to the holiday in the state of São Paulo, the dividend payment approved by the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 27, 2012 will be made on November 19, 2012, and no longer on the date of November 20, 2012 that was announced in the Notice to Shareholders of the same date.  

 

All other information in the Notice to Shareholders dated April 27, 2012 remains valid.
