Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 13, 2018, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing stockholders with a financial update and highlight of the Company’s key accomplishments for the nine months ended September 30, 2018 and the third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2018.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
