Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective as of February 1, 2019, Yehezkel (Hezi) Himelfarb, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Microbot Medical Inc. (the “Company”), and the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, resigned from all positions with the Company. Effective as of February 1, 2019, Mr. Himelfarb also resigned from his position as General Manager of Microbot Medical Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Himelfarb’s resignation is not related to any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
