On October 28, 2016, Champions Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) extended the initial employment agreements dated November 5, 2013 between the Company and each of Joel Ackerman, Chief Executive Officer, and Ronnie Morris, President. The extensions are for 1 year and provide that each of Mr. Ackerman and Mr. Morris shall be compensated $325,000 in the form of stock options. All other terms and conditions of the agreements remain.
