On July 19, 2018, Ingevity Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the institution of legal action against two companies, BASF Corp., Florham Park, New Jersey, and MAHLE Filter Systems North America, Inc., Murfreesboro, Tennessee, alleging patent infringement. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
