On June 4, 2007 Peoples Bank, National Association, a subsidiary of Peoples Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq: PEBO) announced plans to open a full-service banking location in Zanesville, Ohio. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
