November 5, 2007, WMS Industries issued a press release relating to its results
for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is

November 5, 2007 press release, WMS Industries Inc. held a conference call
with
investors, analysts and others further discussing first fiscal quarter financial
