Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 3, 2016, Kaman Corporation issued a press release announcing that its 3.25% Convertible Senior Notes due 2017 (the “Convertible Notes”) are convertible by the holders thereof during the current fiscal quarter of Kaman Corporation subject to and in accordance with the requirements of the indenture governing the Convertible Notes. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
