ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On August 4, 2005, Cytogen Corporation announced its financial results for
the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2005. The full text of the
August 4, 2005 press release issued in connection with the announcement is
attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
