Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 25, 2016, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase in the Registrant’s quarterly cash dividend to $0.17 per share, representing approximately a 6 percent increase, and declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.17 per share, payable on March 30, 2016 to the holders of record of common stock of the Registrant on March 16, 2016.
