I am writing you as Chairman of Telecom Argentina S.A (“the Company”) to inform you that:

 

1.

Mr Germán Horacio Vidal, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Telecom Argentina Group has submitted his resignation of his position to take in due course new functions of responsibility in the Company.

2.

Consequently, the Board of Directors of the Company, in a meeting held today, has resolved to designate as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Telecom Argentina Group, as the replacement of Mr. Vidal, Mr Carlos Alberto Moltini, who will assume his position beginning tomorrow.
