Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 14, 2019 PPL Corporation ("PPL") submitted its comment letter to the U. K. Office of Gas and Electricity Markets ("Ofgem") in response to the framework proposals set forth in Ofgem's sector specific methodology consultation that will apply to the gas distribution, gas transmission, and electricity transmission networks for the upcoming RIIO-2 price control period. A copy of PPL's letter is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1.
