In conjunction with the issuance of the commercial paper, the Fund has entered into a line of credit arrangement with a bank for $30,000,000. Interest on borrowing is based on market rates in effect at the time of borrowing. The commitment fee is computed at the rate of 0.30% per annum on the unused balance.
