Board Meeting for
the approval of Accounts
The Board of
Directors of ICICI Bank Limited will, inter alia, consider the
approval of audited accounts for the quarter ended December 31, 2009 at its
forthcoming Meeting to be held on Thursday, January 21, 2010 in
Mumbai.
