The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 12, "Disclosure
of Results of Operations and Financial Condition."
On April 8, 2003, Cash America International, Inc. (the "Company")
issued a press release announcing that it expects earnings for the
first quarter of 2003 to exceed the Company's previously released
guidance and be higher than security analysts' published estimates. In
the release the Company also confirmed that it has completed the
transition of providers for its short-term cash advance product in all
planned locations. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.
