  On May 25, 2005, Corn Products International, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release disclosing it will hold an Analyst/Portfolio Managers Conference in New York City at which time corporate officers will provide an update on the Company’s prospects for the year and will confirm the Company’s 2005 outlook, which calls for an increase of 7 percent to 15 percent over last year’s $1.25 GAAP EPS.
