     On March 16, 2009, Visteon Corporation (the “Company”) filed a notification on Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicating that it would not be filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008 on the due date of March 16, 2009.
