Bam Bam Resources Drills Into The Massive EV Battery Metals Opportunity; Interest In Massive Majuba Hill Property Could Be Transformational (OTC: NPEZF)

While there may be gold in them hills, it's the copper that's gaining attention. And rightfully so. After all, copper is more than a penny-making metal; it's the crucial ingredient to every EV battery made to usher in an EV industry expected to reach $46 trillion in the next three decades. Moreover, only a tiny handful of companies are positioned to capitalize on the massive market opportunities. Bam Bam Resources (OTC: NPEZF) (CSE: BBR) (XFRA:4NPB) is one of them.

In fact, interest in Bam Bam's potential has sent its stock surging by more than 20% since the first week in September. Still, expect more gains to come as Bam Bam expands its operations to maximize value from its Majuba Hill Mine in Nevada. The even better news is that its Mujaba Hill interest brings more than copper into play. Mines around the location are already proven to give up impressive amounts of silver, tin, gold, and zinc.

Hence, consider Bam Bam well-diversified to capitalize on multiple market opportunities.

Seizing massive EV Market Opportunity

Better still, the demand for its goods is massive. And that keeps Bam Bam in the right markets at the right time. Moreover, its interest in an EV battery industry growing at warp speed comes with inherent benefits, including massive product demand. That makes its asset portfolio, which includes lithium, cobalt, and copper, both timely and compelling.

The better news is that as demand and prices for its metals and minerals continue to soar, the value of assets, even those in the ground, can add considerably to its balance sheet valuations. Consequently, its interests at Majuba Hill could drive shareholder value higher before the company moves a single grain of sand. Even better, demand isn't leaving the markets.

Instead, clients in the EV sector alone are lining up to buy copper ahead of production to ensure they have the ingredients needed to protect their own billion-dollar investments. Thus, Bam Bam is ideally positioned to accelerate development and production at its properties by potentially engaging in strategic agreements to generate revenue streams sooner rather than later.

A Generational Copper Trade

That's not overly optimistic, either. Analysts call the copper trade a generational investment opportunity, with potentially exponential gains as demand outstrips supply. Bam Bam Resources is therefore on target in its strategy to leverage copper's crucial role in the EV market. Further, with a modernizing world developing better and more powerful technologies, the demand for copper won't dry up.

Frankly, pounds to ounces, it can become substantially more valuable than gold in the near and long term from having the highest electrical conductivity rating of all non-precious metals. That's crucial to the EV sector.

And with copper helping to generate the power required to operate everything from EV cars to everyday consumer products, it will remain the vital metal to help power billions of consumer products. Thus, with Bam Bam managing mountains of assets, its $0.10 share price presents a compelling near and long-term investment opportunity. And as a small-cap company with potentially exponential growth ahead, NPEZF is indeed ripe for consideration.

That makes sense, considering that copper prices have been up 46% since last year. And in 2021 alone, prices have jumped by 19%. Compare that to gold, which despite touching record highs last year, is lower by 7.87% for the year and off 7.38% year to date. Still, even with the divergence in price compelling on its own, weak metals markets in the past month may be disguising just how strong the copper and battery metals markets are.

It really is a case of looking behind the curtain to see why the move is happening. Doing so concludes that the copper, lithium, silver, and zinc markets won't be softening anytime soon.

Capitalizing on "Green Metal" Market Opportunity

And while Bam Bam properties provide exposure to all, it's the copper interests attracting attention. Frankly, there's no reason not to pay attention, especially with prices for the "green metal" hovering at their highest levels in a decade. And while recent metal's weakness took away some of copper's gains, it did two other things. First, it provided investors a second chance to capture value at lower prices for the commodity itself. And, second, with Bam Bam stock lower in sympathy with copper's market price, it created an opportunity to get its stock at undervalued prices.

Taking action on the latter may be the better option. That's because while the copper market itself may stay bullish, the miners typically benefit from higher betas relative to the actual commodity gains. In fact, when copper prices spiked by about 95% in 2020, Bam Bam stock surged by nearly 450%. Hence, investors benefit from both market prices as well as the value from assets in the ground. As noted, Bam Bam stock can therefore surge without lifting a shovel. Still, combining the power of both is what makes the investment proposition especially attractive.

As mentioned, automakers targeting the EV sector are already sourcing the inventories they need. In fact, with 18 of the 20 largest car companies investing billions into the EV sector, they think for a moment they are forgetting about the most essential aspect of the design- having powerful batteries to run the vehicle.

And don't expect their interest will lighten. Instead, plan on it intensifying as EV manufacturers compete with other markets that also need copper to advance their sustainable, clean energy interests. Further, as global copper use rises, more copper mining and supply will be desperately needed. Hence, miners with shovels in the ground have an advantage. That includes Bam Bam Resources.

Know this, too. Every EV car plus the battery requires around 80 kg (176 lb) of copper. That not only indicates that a tremendous amount of copper will be needed to facilitate a surging EV market, but it also means mining companies, large and small, can take advantage of selling into that demand. Of course, these companies need to be positioned operationally to do so.

On that front, Bam Bam Resources, with its Majuba Hill mine, is in its best position ever to capture a substantial share of the trillion-dollar market over the 2-3 decades.

Majuba Hill Mine Interest

A big part of that share will come through its Majuba Hill interest, with mines in and around Majuba having already brought to earth 2.8 million pounds of copper, 184,000 ounces of silver, 21,000 pounds of tin, 5,800 ounces of gold, and a treasure of lead and zinc. Better still, the operation ideally positions Bam Bam to tap into the copper boom. That's the most important revenue-generating consideration. Still, assets in the ground are a great start, but having them and selling them into strong markets can create shareholder value twice as fast.

That's the plan. And with its mineral-rich Majuba Hill property in Nevada, that value can come sooner than many expect. There, copper mining is more than a robust business; the region's proven assets in the ground can keep mining operations healthy for the foreseeable future. Majuba Hill included.

And its prospects are excellent. In fact, the mines around Majuba Hills have given up a whopping 2.8 million pounds of copper alone. They have also produced impressive amounts of silver, tin, gold, lead, and zinc. Hence, there are several metals to be unearthed and sold. Better yet, like copper, they are in high demand as well.

Specific to Bam Bam's projects, drilling, geologic mapping, rock/soil geochemistry, and geophysical data suggest the area contains up to 40 million tons of oxide copper, which grades well in outcropping near-surface oxide mineralization. Best of all, surveys indicate the project's total potential is 350-500 million tons in sulfide/oxide mineralization, which also grades well.

Also important, the mine has a newly constructed access road with exposed extensive Oxide Copper Zones up to 100 feet long. And with access and pit design allowing for efficient operations, production overhead is expected to be lower than most traditional pit operations, sending more dollars toward the bottom line. Put simply, Bam Bam is seizing upon a perfect storm of revenue-generating opportunities.

Long Term Interest Driving Near Term Rewards

The better news is that Bam Bam's mission is a long-term play that can deliver near-term rewards. And they can succeed in creating value despite "gold bugs" still owning the headlines. The reality is is that the copper market is hot, and big money investors don't want to let the magnitude of the trade's potential out of the bag just yet.

Yes, those following the EV sector understand how vital copper is to the industry. But a majority of mainstream retail investors may not have gotten the message. But they will. There's no way around that fact.

And with the world transitioning to a cleaner, more sustainable future and an economy hot after its pandemic-related slowdown, those headlines relative to the copper investment opportunity may come sooner rather than later. Thus, trading ahead of the news through promising companies like Bam Bam Resources may be a wise investment consideration.

Follow The Clues

Know this, too. Big banks and investment houses provide the clues; the benefit comes from paying attention to what they say. Citi has noted in its research to "prepare for a decade of Dr. Copper on steroids." Others note that since global markets bottomed in March 2020, copper has skyrocketed by close to triple-digit percentages. Still, gold received most of the attention.

But, that's not all bad. Keeping attention elsewhere preserves the opportunity. And Bam Bam Resources, with its resources and expert management team in place, deserves attention. Moreover, that attention shows that excellent investment opportunities can indeed come with micro-cap prices.

Even better, with Bam Bam showing its ability to flex its share price muscle with appreciating metal prices, the gap between its current price and its 52-week high of $1.12 could close quickly. If so, a more than 937% gap could be filled on positive operational updates. The best news is that those updates are expected soon.

Thus, the bottom line is simple. With Bam Bam Resources having the assets, leadership, and product demand in place to drive significant near and long-term shareholder value, investment consideration is timely, compelling, and potentially massively profitable. In the world of investing, propositions usually don't get much better.
