Dre Ennis to launch innovative self driving car rental company Sandre Ennis, the esteemed Jamaican influencer and entrepreneur, more popularly known as Dre Ennis is on the verge of shaping the car rental industry in his own exciting vision. The 28 year old social media protagonist who has been featured in mainstream media outlets such as Fox News, NBC and CBS wants to change the structure of the car rental business by implementing technology that would significantly alter the way consumers experience car rental services. “I want to provide convenient, safe and affordable car rentals for everyone. With my company, a client will be able to rent a car that is convenient to their specific needs and it will be delivered right to their doorstep without any human intervention,” Dre told Yahoo Finance.
In unveiling this new ambitious venture, Sandre is partnering with co-founder Hugh Chambers. Hugh, a Jamaican born accomplished entrepreneur, who is known for successful business start-ups such as Fix It Now LLC and The Growr LLC seeks to team up with Sandre and evolve a rental concept, which was initially inspired by their shared experiences as business partners offering car rental services through popular apps such as Turo and Getaround. The pair are no strangers to the inner workings and complications within the car rental environment. According to Hugh “he tested the waters for himself, analyzed the benefits and the drawbacks of the industry, and now aspires to apply what he believes to be the right solution to address some of these drawbacks”. “Our plan is to ease travel woes for our clients. Our plan is to change the game. Gone are the days when you had to hustle and bustle to rent a car. Gone are the days when you had to leave your house and go through all the tedious processes to acquire a rental vehicle. We want to eliminate all of those inconveniences; we want to make it as easy as technologically possible for someone to rent a vehicle”, Hugh told Yahoo Finance.
Ai Smart Drive LLC is the name of the Florida-based company that Dre vows to be a game changer in car rental by the next three years. At the core of its business model is the application of advanced technology that will enable rental cars to provide self-delivery. The company also plans to offer an app which will be available on both the Apple Store and Google Play Store. A rental client will be able to choose their favorite vehicle from an extensive fleet of options, choose the date, time and location they require the vehicle, while the car, SUV or truck is promised to be delivered right to their doorstep. In an interview with Yahoo Finance, Dre Ennis expounded on the unique services that Ai Smart Drive intended to offer. “What we plan to do is elevate the rental experience for people and with elevation comes innovation and alleviation. We want to innovate the operations within the car rental industry while alleviating a lot of the burdens associated with car renting. The vehicle will be delivered to the clients doorstep as desired seamlessly without delay. All our vehicles will be engineered with advanced technology that allows them to be self-driven to the designated locations without any humans operating them. Furthermore, there will be no need for our clients to drop off the vehicle, as the technology applied in the vehicles will execute this task on behalf of the client.” Dre told Yahoo Finance.
Dre was tight-lipped when quizzed about a specific operational date for his new venture. However, the social media influencer turned entrepreneur assured potential investors and clients that the wait would be worth their while. “Whether you're planning a road trip outside the city or seeking a convenient solution for an emergency, my company will be a safe haven.
