Prior to joining Roth, Mr. Boris was the Managing Partner of JTB Capital Management, where he invested in private and public biopharmaceutical companies. Previously, Mr. Boris was a Senior Managing Director in the Equity Research Groups at SunTrust Robinson Humphreys, Citigroup, and Bear Stearns, LLC where he led top ranked teams recognized by Institutional Investor Magazine. Mr. Boris is also the recipient of the StarMine Thomson Reuters Award for being Wall Street's Top Stock Picker in Pharmaceuticals. Prior to 1998, Mr. Boris worked in the pharmaceutical industry in strategic and operational roles as a senior manager at Warner Lambert, and at Eli Lilly and Company.

Mr. Boris received his MBA in finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and B.S. in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Sciences. He also graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Valley Forge Military College with an additional degree in science.
