  • Enhanced collaboration features: Users can annotate, add context, and converse with colleagues about the answers they find in Lucy. Administrators can feature specific content and answers to users to promote new and important content.
  • An overhauled answer engine: The fourth generation of Lucy is even smarter than the last with faster content processing, quicker learning, and more tuning on the back end.

The new platform also comes with improved Lucy chat functionality. Lucy shares top answers and suggests different sources and ways to explore specific topics to guide users along their search journey. Lucy 4 includes an expanded integration with Microsoft Teams and Slack, including better responses, a tighter connection with the Lucy interface, and more supported chat inputs. Users can access Lucy in the external systems they use every day, which speeds adoption and boosts productivity by giving users the exact answers they need in the moment.
