All-In-One Third-Party Management Platform Appoints Former Coupa Sales Leader as Part of Its Growth and Expansion After Securing Funding

The all-in-one third-party management platform, Certa, is pleased to announce the addition of Eric Brown as its first-ever Chief Revenue Officer. Eric will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating activities and scaling repeatable and predictable sales revenue. The news comes on the heels of a $35M Series B announced earlier this month.

Eric comes to Certa with over 20 years of experience. He has a proven track record of driving aggressive go-to-market strategy and execution, accelerating customer acquisition, and scaling the end-to-end field processes.

Most recently during his 10 years at Coupa, Eric held leadership positions in North America and Europe where he launched and led high-performing sales segments and regions contributing to the company’s growth from $10M to $1B. He spent two of those years in London helping Coupa launch their mid-market business in EMEA.

Previously, Eric was in the Salesforce ecosystem, as a sales engineer at ERP company Kenandy (acquired by Rootstock Software), and VP of Sales at supply-side order management company AcceLIM. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
