Javier recently served as Audit Committee Chair of the Board of SoftBank Vision Fund Investment Corp. (NASDAQ:SVFA), Lead Independent Director of Porch Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:PRCH), Member of the Boards of Advisors of DocuSign, Inc. (NASDAQ:DOCU) and Univision Communications, and Member of the Boards of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy and Pan American Development Foundation. Earlier in his career, he held leadership, operational and investing roles at McKinsey & Company, Booz Allen & Hamilton (NYSE:BAH), Bridgewater Associates (a hedge fund with $160 billion in assets), Paradigm Ventures, Abbott Laboratories (NYSE:ABT), and Air America, a media company he co-founded. He also held a position of public trust as Associate Administrator, Chief of Investment and Innovation of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) leading programs that have invested $120 billion in over 300,000 high growth companies and cutting-edge technologies.
