In New Role, Senior Partner and Managing Director, Armando Ureña, Will Bolster the Company’s Partnership Culture

Snowden Lane Partners, an independent, advisor-owned, wealth advisory firm dedicated to providing client-focused advice in a values-driven culture, today announced it has appointed Senior Partner and Managing Director, Armando Ureña, to the firm’s Operating Committee.

In the new role, Ureña will further enhance firm leadership, working with the committee across operations, finance, legal & compliance, human resources, investment solutions, enterprise solutions, and technology.

Ureña enters the new role following a successful period for the firm, as Snowden Lane has continued to evidence excellent financial performance with revenues up 20% year-on-year. The firm has recruited 13 financial advisors representing $1.8 billion in client assets since September 2023, and added offices in Boca Raton, FL, Golden, CO, and Philadelphia, PA.

Before joining Snowden Lane four years ago, Ureña spent 14 years with Wells Fargo in Miami and five years at Lehman Brothers. Prior to entering the financial services industry, he served as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. State Department with postings in Washington D.C., Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and the Caribbean. He also served for three years in the U.S. Army. Ureña is a graduate of Florida International University and has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
