The strategic addition will expand EPIC’s market reach and strengthen partnerships with carriers and trading partners

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants (“EPIC”) appoints Robert (“Bob”) Peretti to lead National Markets and Placement as Executive Director. In his new role, Peretti will advance the firm’s balanced approach by prioritizing strong relationships with both clients and carriers, ensuring quality outcomes through a collaborative process.

Peretti will oversee the continued development of a sustainable and efficient platform to deliver top-tier risk solutions to clients. He brings nearly four decades of experience in the commercial property & casualty industry and has devoted much of his career to the brokers and carriers space. Most recently he led broker distribution strategies at AXA XL as Chief Distribution Officer. Peretti joined EPIC on December 2, 2024.
