New C-Suite Members Bring Critical Experience to Drive Innovation and International Growth

Phillips, who joined the Company in November 2023, is a mission-driven business leader with an extensive track record scaling leading-edge companies. With over 20 years of world-class marketing experience, Phillips was previously a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, and led corporate transformations as both an interim operator and advisor, launching marketing initiatives and scaling numerous startups. As CMO at iFIT, Phillips oversees all aspects of the brand’s portfolio of award-winning products including iFIT, NordicTrack, ProForm and Freemotion.

He has previous experience as CEO of First National Glassware in Jakarta, as well as the Chief Operating Officer of Sound United, with his career trajectory encompassing leadership roles in small to mid-sized family enterprises, publicly listed companies, and those backed by private equity. As Chief International Officer at iFIT, Muller continues to drive the company forward with a unique blend of international experience, vision, and a deep appreciation for the transformative power of an active lifestyle.
