Emplifi Named a ‘2024 CRM Top 100’ Vendor by Destination CRM

The sixth annual Destination CRM Top 100 highlights vendors with innovative AI technology – such as Emplifi – that help businesses improve customer service, marketing, and sales interactions.

Emplifi, a leading customer engagement platform, today announced it has been recognized in ‘The 2024 CRM Top 100’ list of vendors by Destination CRM, a property of CRM Media and division of Information Today, Inc. According to the publication, the list of 100 leading providers is based on the “hottest trends and technologies in the three pillars of CRM—customer service, marketing, and sales” with a special emphasis on the CRM platforms that have made generative AI, and other AI technologies, an integral part of their solution.
