Inovalon Announces Converged Submissions To Support Health Plan Risk Adjustment Programs

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, Medicare-Medicaid plans, and Commercial Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans to submit encounter data that is used to evaluate and accurately reimburse the health plans.
