The newly announced conference comes as a recent study from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) showed that only 48% of African Americans and 38% of Hispanic Americans report having a high level of financial literacy, compared to 55% of white Americans. This disparity highlights the need for greater financial education and literacy initiatives that are targeted towards BIPOC communities, explains The Woke Money Movement.
