Grace Rogers, a native of California, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Sociology from the University of Southern California. Before entering the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health industry, she held prominent marketing positions in the action sports and contemporary industries, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the Roxy brand for Quiksilver. Her career is marked by a unique ability to connect with people and develop successful marketing strategies.

Rogers was a founding partner and board member of the non-profit organization "Developing Opportunities". There, she played a crucial role in fundraising efforts to build schools in war-torn countries. Her dedication to giving back to the community is further exemplified by her active participation on various boards, including New Directions for Women and the Society of Addiction Professionals (SD SOAP). Currently, Rogers is also involved with the “Pat Kelly Networking Group”, for which she volunteers, to connect nearly 500 industry professionals.

Davidson shared that the commitment displayed by Rogers to community service and her passion for helping those in need align perfectly with their mission at Lighthouse. "Grace Rogers's expertise and vision will significantly contribute to our efforts in providing excellent care and support to individuals seeking treatment.
